Items damaged on Receipt - It is important that if possible you check both the packaging and the product before accepting it. If damage is suspected the item should either be rejected or signed for as "unchecked". Or if the product is subsequently found to be damaged when opened then please notify with 48 hours, if any of this has occurred. Please supply full details of the fault also pictures of the faulty item to help us resolve to your entire satisfaction.
